Returns & Refunds

We offer returns and refunds on everlasting bonsai that have two or more branches damaged AND more than 5 stone 'leaves' damaged in the shipping process. You may also request to exchange the damaged item for one of equal value from our shop.

We do not allow returns or refunds for buyers remorse.

Please make sure to review the measurements of each piece for size. If in doubt, we recommend you pull out a ruler or tape measure so you can accurately see the size of the piece.

For all return or refund requests, we require you to submit a picture of the damaged items for review before we approve a return/refund.

Custom Orders for Everlasting Bonsai and Crochet Items

Custom orders are final sales. We require a 50% deposit once we agree upon the design and the remaining 50% before shipping your order.

Shipping

We typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders ship within 3 days of receipt of final payment. Orders will be shipped via USPS.
